One of thing I do missing working on Windows is possibility of symlinking as I used to them on various *NIXen and OS X and as I'm lately giving Win7 a try (surprisingly pretty good for a change) I was delighted when I found that from Windows Vista NTFS got real symlinks (wikipedia) too :)
